spring ramps - cleaned & sliced thinly
red potatoes - washed & cubed
ghee
avocado oil
Chill -n- Grill
{WHAT YOU DO}
*place potatoes in strainer, run cold water over them
*add water to large pan, place steamer basket inside, add potatoes, cover with lid, bring to a boil
*cook until softened, drain
*gently heat ghee in a small pan, add ramps
*heat avocado oil in large skillet, dump in potatoes
*pour ramp ghee over potatoes
*season with Chill -n- Grill
(eat plain or add ground meat)
