{WHAT YOU NEED}
potatoes, washed & dried
avocado oil
Chill -n- Grill
{WHAT YOU DO}
*preheat oven to 425 degrees F
*cut thin horizontal slits into each potato, being careful not to cut all the way through
*place on a baking sheet & brush the sliced potatoes with oil
*season with Chill -n- Grill like you would salt
*bake for 30 minutes & remove from the oven
*brush the potatoes with oil again, ensuring the oil gets down in the slices
*bake another 30 minutes or so, until the edges are crispy & the inside is soft
