{WHAT YOU NEED}
15 garlic scapes
2/3 cup raw cashews
1/3 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp. Chill -n- Grill
{WHAT YOU DO}
*chop garlic scapes into inch-sized pieces
*heat small pan & lightly toast pine nuts (Don't walk away! They burn quickly, so shake the pan while they toast)
*add chopped scapes, toasted pine nuts, cashews to food processor & puree away
*scrape down the sides, if necessary
*add Chill -n- Grill & puree again
*continue to puree while slowly adding oil, until it reaches your desire consistency
*scoop into a bowl & shake a little more Chill -n- Grill on top
